Era honetan, honek hizkuntzaren ikaskuntza prozesuan ezezko eragin bat izatea saihestu egingo genuke. Horretarako ikerketa kuantitatibo bat burutu da, Likert eskalako inkesta baten bitartez, antsietateak hizkuntzen ikaskuntzan nola eragiten duen ikusteko eta taldeen bidezko sailkapen bat sortzeko.es
dc.description.abstract[ENG] The aim of this Grade Final Project was to do research on how anxiety affects the process of second language learning and then provide techniques or strategies to combat the anxiety. In this way, we could prevent it impacting in a negative way in the process of learning the language. To achieve this, we have performed a quantitative research using a questionnaire with Likert scale in order to observe how anxiety affects language learning and make a classification of groups.es
