EAE eta Irlanda, Hezkuntza Bereziaren bi ikuspegi

Abstract

Aniztasun funtzionala duten pertsonen hezkuntzaren inguruko GALa da hau. Hezkuntzak arlo honetan izan duen ibilbidea ezagutu ostean, EAE eta Irlandako hezkuntza sistemak aztertzen dituena. Ikerketa lana da hau eta gaiaren inguruko azterketa bibliografiko sakona izateaz gain bi herrialdeetan datu bilketa egin izan da, bi herrialdeetako irakasleak betetako galdetegien bitartez. Tresna hauen helburua batzuen zein besteen jarrerak ezagutzea eta konparatzea zen, hauen garrantziaz jabetuz. Ikerketa lanaren ostean bi herrialdeek heziketa berezia ulertzeko bi modu desberdin dituztela azaleratzen da: EAEn integraziotik inklusiora bidean gauden bitartean, Irlandan kontraesan ugari daude; izan ere, inklusioa bultzatu nahi da, baina eskola bereziak mantenduz. Irlandan badute zer aldatu, baina bertan ere badugu. Inklusioa da jarraitu beharreko bidea; ez da erraza izango, baina aniztasun funtzionala duten haurrekin elkar bizitzea aukera bat da eta guztiok izan gaitezke irabazle.

Este es un TFG sobre la educación de las personas con diversidad funcional. Tras repasar el recorrido de dicha educación a lo largo de la historia, se analizan los sistemas educativos de la CAPV e Irlanda. Se trata de un trabajo de investigación que incluye tanto una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema, como la recogida de datos en ambos países, a través de cuestionarios de opinión completados por el profesorado de ambos. El objetivo de estos instrumentos era conocer y comparar las actitudes de unos y otros, teniendo en cuenta la importancia de las mismas. Tras el trabajo de investigación, se concluyó que los dos países siguen manteniendo diferentes formas de entender la educación especial: mientras que en la CAPV se está pasando de la integración a la inclusión, en Irlanda existen varias contradicciones; ya que aunque se promueva la inclusión, siguen manteniendo las escuelas de educación especial. En Irlanda tiene que cambiar la situación, pero aquí también. La inclusión es el camino a seguir; no va a ser un camino fácil, pero convivir con niños con diversidad funcional es una opción y todos podemos ser vencedores.

This is a FDA about the education of people with functional diversity. After reviewing the course of the same throughout history, the different educational systems in the Basque Country and Ireland are discussed. This is a research paper that includes a comprehensive literature review on the topic, including the collection of data in both countries, through subjective questionnaires completed by teachers of both. The purpose of these instruments was to know and compare the attitudes of each other, taking into account the importance of the same. After the research, was stated that the two countries have different ways of understanding the special education: while in the Basque Country are moving from integration to inclusion, in Ireland are full of contradictions; as the fact that although inclusion is promoted, they continue keeping special schools. In Ireland the situation has to change, but here too. Inclusion is the way education must follow; it will not be an easy road, but living with children with functional diversity is an option and we can all be winners.
