Auditoría energética en un edificio de viviendas

Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo tiene como objetivos realizar la auditoria energética de un edificio de viviendas y planificar un proyecto de posibles mejoras para aumentar la nota obtenida. La certificación se ha llevado a cabo mediante el programa CE3X, programa homologado por el Ministerio de Industria. La calificación del edificio ha sido 89.8 G y tras implantar las mejoras se ha conseguido una puntuación de 14.8 C, de acuerdo con la actual normativa europea. También, se adjuntan varias imágenes sobre el funcionamiento del programa CE3X además del certificado real obtenido. La planificación y el presupuesto de las mejoras están incluidos en este documento.

[EU]Lan honek bizitetxe baten ziurtapen energetikoa eta lortutako emaitzen hobekuntzak aurrera eramateko proiektu bat planifikatzea du helburu, ateratako nota hobetzeko asmoz. Ziurtapena CE3X progamarekin egin da, Industria Ministerioak onartutako erraminta da progama hau. Bizitetxearen kalifikazioa 89.8 G izan da eta hobekuntza neurriak ezarri eta gero 14.8 C-ko nota lortu da, Europar legediaren arabera. Horretaz gain, CE3X programaren jardunbidea eta ziurtagiri erreal baten irudiak eskaintzen dira. Hobekuntza neurrien planifikazioa eta aurrekontua dokumentu honen barnean aurki daitezke.

[EN]The objective of this work is to obtain the energetic rate of a building and to do a project of possible improvements. The certification has been obtained with the computer-program CE3X, this tool is authorized by the Industry Ministry. The mark of the building has been 89.8 G and after introducing the improvement steps the mark has been 14.8 C, according to the European regulations. In addition, pictures of the CE3X and pictures of the real certificate are shown. The planning and the budget are also included in this document.
