Amaia Arranzen exebizitzaren ziurtagiri energetikoa eta hobekuntza neurriak

Abstract

[EU]Gaur egun, 2010/31/UE legearen arabera eraikinen ziurtagiri energetikoa derrigorrezkoa da izatea eraiki, alokatu eta saldu nahi diren etxebizitzentzako. Ziurtagiriarekin, etxebizitzak ingurugiroa zenbat kutsatzen duen adierazten du letren arabera, hau da, zenbat CO2 igortzen duen. Lan honetan, CE3X programa erabili da kalifikazio energetikoa lortzeko horretarako, etxebizitzaren datuak, inguratzaile termikoaren datuak, instalazioen karakteristikak eta kolektore termikoen datuak sartu dira. Honekin, E letra lortu da baina, fatxadan isolamendua kanpotik jarriz eta kondentsazio galdara bat jarriz kalifikazioa C letraraino hobetu egin da. Ondorioz, aplikatutako neurriak onak dira letra asko hobetu baita eta eraikina efizienteagoa bihurtu baita.

[ES]Hoy en día, a partir de la ley 2010/31/UE es obligatorio tener el certificado para la edificación en los edificios de nueva construcción, para alquilar o vender. Con el certificado, se demuestra la vivienda cuanto contamina el medio ambiente a partir de diferentes letras, esto es, cuanto CO2 emite. En este trabajo, para obtener la calificación energética se ha utilizado el programa CE3X donde se han introducido los datos de la vivienda, los datos de la envolvente térmica, las características de las instalaciones y los datos de los colectores térmicos. Con todo ello, se ha obtenido la letra E, pero poniendo aislante en la fachada exterior y cambiando la caldera convencional por una de condensación se ha mejorado la calificación a la letra C. Por lo tanto, las medidas de mejora aplicadas son buenas ya que la letra ha mejorado y el edificio se ha convertido más eficiente.

[EN]Nowadays, because of the law 2010/31/UE is compulsory to have the energetic certificate for the buildings when they are new build, for rent or for sale. With the certificate, it can be seen the building how much contaminates the environment with different letters, that is to say, how much CO2 emits. In this project, to obtain the energetic certificate, it has been used the CE3X program where it has been introduced the information of the building, the information of the thermal enveloping, the characteristic of the installations and the information of the thermal collectors. With all of this, it has been obtained E letter, but putting insulating in the exterior façade and changing the conventional boiler to the condensation boiler it has improved the calcification to C letter. In conclusion, the applied improved measures are good because the letter has improved and the building its more efficient now.
