Diseño e implementación de una herramienta para la integración de datos de QoS en Internet publicados por el regulador español

Abstract

[ES]Este proyecto tiene como objetivo el diseño e implementación de una herramienta para la integración de los datos de calidad de servicio (QoS) en Internet publicados por el regulador español. Se trata de una herramienta que pretende, por una parte, unificar los diferentes formatos en que se publican los datos de QoS y, por otra, facilitar la conservación de los datos favoreciendo la obtención de históricos, datos estadísticos e informes. En la página del regulador sólo se puede acceder a los datos de los 5 últimos trimestres y los datos anteriormente publicados no permanecen accesibles si no que son sustituidos por los más recientes por lo que, desde el punto de vista del usuario final, estos datos se pierden. La herramienta propuesta en este trabajo soluciona este problema además de unificar formatos y facilitar el acceso a los datos de interés. Para el diseño del sistema se han usado las últimas tecnologías en desarrollo de aplicaciones web con lo que la potencia y posibilidad de futuras ampliaciones son elevadas.

[EU]Ikerketa-proiektuak espainiar erreguladorea Interneten argitaratutako zerbitzu kalitate datuen (QoS) integraziorako erremintaren diseinu eta inplementazioa ditu helburu. Alde batetik, erremintak QoS-datuak argitaratzen diren formatu desberdinak bateratzea eta, bestetik, historiko, datu estatistiko eta txostenak lortzearen laguntzak ematea datuen kontserbazioa erraztuz. Erreguladorearen web-orrialdean azken bost hiruhilabeteko datuei sar daiteke eta lehenago argitaratutako datuak berritzen dira, beraz, erabiltzailearen ikuspuntutik datu hauek galtzen dira. Lan honetan proposatutako erremintak arazo hau konpontzeaz gain, interes-datuetara sarbidea errazten du eta formatuak bateratzen ditu. Sistemaren diseinua egiteko web-aplikazio-garapeneko azken teknologiak erabili dira, beraz, etorkizunean egin daitezkeen handitzeen potentzia eta posibilitateak nahiko handiak dira.

[EN]The aim of this project is the design and implementation of a tool for the integration of Internet Quality of Service (QoS) data published by the Spanish regulator. This tool intends, on one side, to unify the different formats in which QoS data is published on regulators website and, on the other side, to facilitate the maintenance of the data, so historical records, statistic data and other reports. Unfortunately, on the regulator's website, only the data from the past 5 quarters can be accessed, and data published earlier will not remain accessible since it´s replaced for the most recent data, so from the end user's point of view, this data is lost. The tool proposed in this project solves this problem unifying formats and facilitating the access to data of interest. The latest technologies in web application design have been used for the system design and, therefore, there are high possibilities for future enlargements and enhancements.
