dc.description.abstract[EUS]Helburuak: Berrikuspen bibliografiko honen helburu orokorra edoskitzea opioideekiko abstinentzia sindrome neonatalaren sintomak arintzeko eraginkorra den aztertzea izango da, eta baita honek tratamendu farmakologikoaren beharra gutxitzen duen. Bestalde, metadona hartzen duten emakume hauen esneko metadona kontzentrazioa nolakoa den eta esne honen bitartez jaioberriari heltzen zaion kantitatea nolakoa den identifikatu nahi da. Metodologia: Artikuluen bilaketa egiteko, datu base desberdinak erabili dira, baina erabilitako azken 8 artikuluak Pubmed eta Ovid-sp-ekoak dira. Artikulu guztiak bat izan ezik, ingelesezkoak dira, gaztelaniaz aurkitutako artikulu kantitate eskasa dela eta. “Edoskitzea” , “abstinentzia sindrome neonatala” eta “metadona terapia" terminoak erabili dira bilaketa prozesuan. Ondorioak: Edoskitzea opioideekiko abstinentzia sindrome neonatala jasaten duten jaioberrientzat gomendagarria dela esan daiteke, ikerketa hauen arabera, abstinentziaren sintomak eta tratamendu farmakologikoaren beharra gutxitzen baititu. Gainera, esneko metadona kontzentrazioa eta jaioberriari honen bitartez heltzen zaion kantitatea oso txikiak dira. Hala ere, lanak limitazioa garrantzitsu bat du, ikerketetako laginak txikiak izatea.es
dc.description.abstract[EN]Aims: The main aim of this review is to show if breastfeeding decreases the symptoms of the abstinence syndrome and the need of pharmacological treatment. We will also analyze which is the concentration of methadone in drug addict women's milk and also the quantity of methadone that newborns absorb from this milk. Methodology: The articles used for this review have been obtained from different databases; but the last 8 articles used have been taken from Pubmed and Ovids-p. Due to the limited quantity of Spanish articles most of them are in English except for one. The terms used for the search process are “breastfeeding”, “neonatal abstinence syndrome” and “methadone therapy”. Conclusion: Breastfeeding is believed to be recommendable for newborns who are suffering from the abstinence syndrome. Apparently, this is because it reduces the severity of the symptoms and therefore the need for pharmacological treatment. In addition, the milk’s methadone concentration is very low and also the quantity absorbed by the newborn. However, this work has an important limitation and this is the small quantity of sample we have.es
