Propuesta de Nzeb, edificio hospitalario de consumo casi nulo. Caso práctico: Górliz

Abstract

[ES]En los últimos años ha surgido la necesidad de reducir el consumo de energía y promover el uso de energías renovables y de las medidas de eficiencia energética, ya que es necesario reducir las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero tan perjudiciales para el medioambiente. Con el fin de lograr estos objetivos se proponen diversas directivas europeas y leyes en cada país, además después del Protocolo de Kioto se presentan los objetivos 20/20/20 que se describirán más adelante. A lo largo de este trabajo nos centraremos en el caso del consumo de los edificios y más concretamente de los hospitales, ya que son uno de los mayores consumidores de energía debido a sus características. A partir del análisis de los hospitales se buscará definir un edificio de consumo casi nulo, nZEB, en este caso se busca llegar definir un nZEB en forma de consumo en kWh/ año m2. La definición de dichos edificios es necesaria, ya que solo existe en 15 países y ninguno de ellos es España.

Helburu hauek lortzeko hainbat europar zuzendaritza eta herrialde ezberdinetako legeak proposatzen dira; gainera, Kioto Protokoloaren ostean, aurrerago aztertuko diren 20/20/20 helburuak azaltzen dira. Lan honetan zehar, arreta eraikinen kontsumoan jarriko da, ospitaletan hain zuzen, beren ezaugarriengatik energia gehien kontsumitzen dutenak baitira. Ospitaleen analisiaz gero kontsumo ia nulua duen eraikina zehaztea bilatuko da, nZEB ; kasu honetan , nZEB baten kontsumoa kWh/urte m2 eran zehaztuko da. Eraikin horien definizioa beharrezkoa da, 15 herrialdetan soilik existitzen baitira eta horietako bat ere ez Espainian.

[EN]Nowadays it is very important to find the ways to reduce the energy use and promote the use of renewable energy and measures of energetic efficiency, because it is very urgent to reduce the greenhouse effect, which are so damaging for the environment. With the aim of achieving these objectives, different European directives and laws in each country have been proposed. Moreover, after the Protocol of Kioto the 20/20/20 objectives were presented. During these pages, we will focus on the case of buildings and more precisely in the case of hospitals, which are important consumers of energy due to their characteristics. By means of the analysis of hospitals, we will try to reach the definition of the nZEB in the form of energy use in kWh/ year m2. The definition of a nearly zero energy building is a necessity due to the fact that this definition has only been given in 15 countries and Spain is not one of them.
