Análisis experimental de vibraciones mecánicas. Validación de desarrollos teóricos mediante prototipos reales

Abstract

[ES]La presencia de vibraciones en sistemas mecánicos conlleva una disminución de la productividad asociada a la ineficiencia de funcionamiento como también origina un riesgo para la seguridad de las personas. El objetivo de este TFG es el diseño y análisis experimental de un prototipo que simule una situación crítica real. Este estudio sirve como medio para corroborar desarrollos teóricos mediante el prototipo real y asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.

[EN]The presence of vibrations in mechanical system involves a decreased production associated with operation inefficiency as well as it causes risks for humans´ safety. The purpose of the project is the design and analysis of a mechanical prototype in order to study the vibrational movements and their effect on the system. This will therefore lead to the ratification of theoretical developments by means of real prototypes.

[DE]Die Leistungverminderung als auch die Menschensicherheit wird durch den Beisein von Schwingungen in mechanischen Maschinen beeinflusst. Deswegen liegt das Ziel dieser Arbeit daran, ein Muster und sein entsprechendes Analysis durchzuführen. Dabei werden die Schwingungbewegungen und ihren Auswirkung im System untersucht. Dies führt endlich zur Bestätigung theoretischen Voraussetzungen mit Hilfe von eigentlichen Prototype.
