3D Inprimagailuan erabiltzeko harien prozesaketa

Abstract

[EU]Proiektu honen helburua 3D inprimagailuan erabil daitekeen hariaren prozesaketa burutzea da. Industria munduan ezaguna den prozesua izan arren, unibertsitate honetako laborategira ekarri nahi da, bertako ikerketetarako lagungarria izateko. Filamentuen ekoizpenean jarduten duten enpresek ez dituzte material guztietako hariak ekoizten, eta hori arazo bihurtzen da ikerketa zentroetarako. Lan honekin, filamentua ekoizteaz gain, jarraitu beharreko metodologia bat azalduko da. Gainera, unibertsitateko makinen prestaketa egingo da eta beraien maneiurako beharrezkoak izango diren pausu eta azalpenak emango dira. Erabiliko diren makinen artean polimeroak estruitzeko makina eta pikortatze makina daude.

[ES]El objetivo de este proyecto es crear un proceso de obtención de filamento para impresión 3D. Aunque este proceso ya es conocido en la industria, se quiere traer al laboratorio de esta universidad, para que sea útil en las investigaciones que se llevan a cabo. Las empresas que se dedican al procesado de filamento no crean filamento de todo tipo de material, y eso se convierte en un problema para los centros de investigación. Con este proyecto, además de procesar filamento, se explicara la metodología a seguir. También se hará una puesta a punto de las maquinas que se van a usar y se darán los pasos y todas las explicaciones necesarias para su buen manejo. Entre las maquinas que se van a usar se encuentran la extrusora y la trituradora de material polimérico.

[EN]The aim of this project is to create a process to obtain filament for 3D impression. Although this process is already known in the industry, it is want to bring it to the laboratory of this university, so it will be useful in the investigations that are carried out here. Companies that are engaged in filament processing do not create filaments of all kinds of material, and that becomes a problem for research centres. With this project, moreover to create filament, the methodology to be followed will be explained. There will also be a set-up of the machines to be used and will be given the steps and all the explanations necessary for its good management. Among the machines to be used are the extruder and the shredder of polymeric material.
