Abstract

[ES]Este proyecto tiene como finalidad estudiar la nueva Directiva 2010/31/UE propuesta por la Unión Europea acerca de la eficiencia energética en los edificios aplicándola específicamente a un hospital existente. El objetivo radica en hallar una solución para que estos edificios sean capaces de satisfacer los artículos principales de esta directiva y les permita ser edificios de consumo casi nulo. Para ello, se ha estudiado el balance general de energía de un hospital, analizando los distintos elementos que consumen energía y los que la aportan. Finalmente, mediante una investigación sobre diez tipos de edificios públicos de distinta construcción, se ha determinado el potencial de dichos edificios para cumplir con un estándar nZEB para 2021.

[EN]This project aims to study the new Directive 2010/31 / EU proposed by the European Union on energy efficiency in buildings by applying it specifically to an existing hospital. The objective is to find a solution so that these buildings are able to satisfy the main articles of this directive and allow them to be buildings with almost zero consumption of energy. To do this, the general energy balance of a hospital has been studied, analyzing the different elements that consume energy and those that contribute to it. Finally, an investigation of ten different types of public buildings has determined the potential of these buildings to comply with a nZEB standard for 2021.

[EU]Proiektu honen helburua eraikinen eraginkortasunaz hitz egiten duen 2010/31/EB Zuzentaraua aztertzea da eta horretaz gain, existitzen den ospital batean aplikatuko da. Zuzentarau honetako artikulu nagusiak erantzuteko gai ahal badiren eraikinak aztertutko dira eta horretaz gain, eraikin horiek ia kontzumo zeroko eraikinetan bihurtzea da helburu. Horretarako, ospitaleko energia orokorraren oreka aztertu da, energia kontsumitzen duten hainbat elementu eta gehitzen dutenek neurtuz.
