Garapen Iraunkorrerako Helburuak: Aukerak eta Mugak

Abstract

EUSKARA: 2015eko irailean NBEan Garapen Iraunkorrerako Helburuak sinatu ziren, Milurteko Garapen Helburuen oinordeko izango den nazioarteko garapen agendan barneratuta. Hamazazpi helburu hauek eta haiekin datozen 169 jomugak indarrean egongo dira 2016. urteko hasieratik 2030era arte, garapenerako erronka bat suposatuz munduko herrialde, enpresa eta herritar guztientzako. Helburu hauek haien aurrekariekin alderatuz, hainbat faktore berritzaile eta eraldatzaile barneratzeko saiakera aipagarria suposatzen dute herrialdeen garapenari dagokionez. Hala ere, agenda hau ez da NBEak sinestarazi nahi digun bezain biribila, haien aspektu negatiboak nabarmentzen dituzten hainbat kritika jaso dituztelarik. Lan honen helburua nazioarteko agenda honen inguruko ikuspuntu kritikoa eragiteko beste baliabide eskaintzea da, helburuen nondik norakoak azalduz eta azken urteotan sortutako kritika bai positibo bai negatiboen bilketa aurkeztuz.

CASTELLANO: En septiembre de 2015 se firmaron en la ONU los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible dentro de la agenda de desarrollo internacional que será la sucesora de los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Milenio. Estos diecisiete objetivos y las 169 metas que los acompañan estarán en vigor desde principios de 2016 hasta el 2030, suponiendo un reto de desarrollo para todos los países, empresas y habitantes del mundo. Estos objetivos, comparados con sus antecesores, suponen un gran intento para introducir numerosos factores novedosos y transformadores en el desarrollo de los países. Sin embargo, esta agenda no es tan redonda como la ONU pretende, habiendo recibido gran número de críticas que resaltan sus aspectos negativos. El objetivo de este trabajo es ofrecer los recursos necesarios para generar una actitud crítica hacia esta agenda internacional, mediante la justificación de los objetivos y la presentación de diversas críticas tanto positivas como negativas que han surgido durante los últimos años.

ENGLISH: In September 2015 the Sustainable Development Goals were signed at the UN as part of the international development agenda which would be the successor of the former Millennium Development Goals. These seventeen goals and the 169 targets that accompany them will be in force from the beginning of 2016 until 2030, representing a challenge for all the countries, firms and citizens of the world. These goals, compared to their predecessors, mean a huge attempt to introduce a number of novel and transforming factors to the development of countries. Nevertheless, this agenda is not as whole as the UN aspire them to be, having received large amounts of criticism highlighting their negative aspects. The goal of this essay is to provide of the necessary resources to generate a critical attitude towards this international agenda, through the justification of the goals and the presentation positive and negative criticism issued during the last years.
