Gero, galdetegi baten bidez, euskal organizazioekin dituzten ezaugarri komunak bilatzen dira.
dc.description.abstractIn this project, Teal management style is presented in its three dimensions (self-management, wholeness and evolutionary purpose) and then compared to three organizations. Later, Basque organizations areanalysed in order to find similarities with Teal style, using a questionnaire.
