Estudio de los parámetros principales de la tecnología LoRa para el despliegue de redes e implementación de servicios IoT en la CAV-EAE

Abstract

Castellano - El termino Internet of Things está llamado a ser una auténtica revolución en el mundo de las telecomunicaciones. Gracias al despliegue masivo de sensores de diversa índole se pueden obtener datos de cualquier tipo de parámetro cuantificable. Esa información que proporcionan los sensores debe ser enviada hacia un punto receptor para posteriormente ser tratada por la aplicación que necesitan hacer uso de esos datos. Para ello es necesario conocer el tipo de tecnología de transmisión que tienen implementado los sensores. A una vez conocida la configuración necesaria para cada sensor este procedimiento debe ser un proceso generalizado ya que resultaría inviable realizar este proceso uno a uno. Este estudio ha concluido cuales son los parámetros principales de la tecnología LoRa y como afectan a la red. Este estudio se ha realizado tanto de forma teórica como a partir del comportamiento de los módulos RN 2483.Observando la importancia de una correcta configuración general de la red para poder ofrecer un servicio de redes IoT.

Hainbat motatako sentsoreen hedapen masiboari esker parametro kuantifikagarrien edozein datu lor dezakegu. Sentsoreek emandako informazio hori jasotzeko puntura bidaliko da, datuak edozein motatako aplikazioetan erabil daitezen zerbikaria batean gorde behar dira, horregatik informazioa uhinen bidez jasotzeko garrantzi handiko prozesua da. Horretarako, sentsoreek daukaten transmisio-teknologia mota jakin behar da. Beharrezkoa den konfigurazioa ezagutu ondoren, prozedura hau prozesu orokorra izan behar da, prozesu hau sentsoreei banan-banan egitea ezinezkoa izango litzatekelako. Lan honek ondorioztatu du LoRa teknologiaren parametro nagusiak zeintzuk diren eta sarean nola eragiten duten. Azterketa hau RN 2483 moduluen eragiketa teorikoki eta laborategian egin da. Sareko konfigurazio orokorraren garrantzia behatuz IoT sare zerbitzu bat eskaini ahal izateko.

Inglés - The Internet of Things is a term that will suppose a revolution in the world of telecommunications. Thanks to the massive deployment of every kind of sensors for many different purposes, it is possible to obtain any quantifiable parameter. That information must be send to a receiving point to be transfer to a server in order to be used by an application who needs that data.

For this reason, it is necessary the knowledge of the technology that sensors are using. When the needed configuration is known it is impossible to apply this set up for each sensor individually, this must be a general process. This report has concluded which are the most important parameters and factors of the LoRa technology and how they affect to the functioning of the network. This study has obtained this conclusion theoretically and with laboratory tests for the commercial RN 2483 devices. Observing the importance of a correct general configuration of the network in order to offer an IoT network service.
