Proyecto de creación de una cantera de marga en el municipio de Río de Losa, Burgos.

Abstract

Resumen: El proyecto consiste en la creación de una cantera de marga en el municipio de Rio de Losa, situado en el valle que lleva su nombre, para surtir así de materia prima a una cementera que se podria instalar en la zona, ya que, el entorno es rico en calizas y margas necesarias para la elaboración de cementos. La extración de la marga se hará a cielo abierto mediante banqueo descendente utilizando la técnica de perforación y voladura. En el desarrollo de este proyecto se estudiará el medio que rodea la zona a explotar para poder hacer un correcto diseño de la explotación que intentará optimizar las reservas siempre manteniendo la seguridad como pilar básico. También se realizará el estudio de la maquinaria tanto móvil como fija necesaria para llevar a cabo las labores de perforación, carga, transporte y conminución. Por último se hará un estudio económico de la viabilidad del proyecto.

Laburpena (Euskera): Lan hau tuparri harrobi baten eraikitzean datza. Harrobia Rio de Losa izeneko udalerrian egongo da finkatuta, izena ematen dion haranean, hain zuzen. Esplotasioaren helburua tuparriaren ustiapena izango da, haranean finkatu litekeen zementu lantegi bat ornitzeko asmoz. Zementuak kareharria zein tuparria erabiltzen ditu lehengai moduan, ugaria leku honetan. Tuparriaren ustiapena beharanzko bakuntzearen bidez egingo da zulaketa eta leherkuntza tecnikaren bitartez. Proiektu honen bidez esplotazioaren ingurua ikertuko da; honen bitartez disenu egokia egiteko asmoz eta erreserbak modu egokian ustiatzekotan, beti segurtasuna kontutan hartuz. Honetaz gain zulaketa, karga, garraio eta birrintze lanak egingo dituzten makinariak hautatuko dira. Azkenik, ikerketa ekonomiko bat egingo da proiektuaren biabilitatea jakiteko.

Summary (Ingles): The proyect consist of the creation of a marl quarry in the municipality of Rio de Losa, located in the valley with the same name, to supplay a cement plant that can be located in the area, since the envioronment it this rich in limestone and marls necessary for the production of cement. The extraction will be done in open sky through the use of the technique of driling and blasting. In the development of this project, the environment that surrounds the area to be explored is studied in order to make a correct mining desing that always tries to optimize reservers and maintain safety as a basic pillar. The study of the machinery, both mobile and fixed, necessary to carry out drilling, loading, trasport and comminution tasks is also carried out. Finally, an economic study of the feasibility of the proyect will be made.
