Climatizacion de un edificio singular mediante energía geotérmica

Abstract

El presente proyecto consiste en definir las instalaciones térmicas necesarias para realizar la climatización y agua caliente sanitaria de un edificio singular mediante energía geotérmica. Como edificio se ha elegido una residencia geriátrica ubicada en Vitoria-Gasteiz (Araba). Se comenzará analizandola eficiencia delas energías renovables, para justificar la elección de la geotermiacomo fuente de energía. A continuación, se calcularán las necesidades energéticas de dicho edificio,y en función de ellas, se elegirán los equiposnecesarios para proporcionar la climatización del edificio. Se continuará describiendo la instalaciónproyectada. Para finalizar, se añadiráun diagrama temporal del proyecto, y se realizará el un estudio económico del proyecto, incluyendo el plazo de amortización del mismo.

The current project consistsin defining the thermal installations needed to carry out the air conditioning and the sanitary hot water of a singular buildingusing geothermal energy. A nursing home situated in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Araba) has been chosen as building. First of all, the efficiency of some renewable energy will be analyzed, to justify the election of geothermal energy as the source of energy.The next stage will be to evaluate the energy needs of the building, and depending on them, choose the necessary equipment to provide the air conditioning. After that, thedesigned installation will be described. Finally,a temporal diagram will be added, andan economic study will be made, including the repayment period of the project.

Honako lanhaueraikin berezi baten instalazio termikoak diseinatzean datza, klimatizazioa eta ur bero sanitarioa eskaintzeko. Vitoria-Gasteizen (Araba) kokatutako zahar-etxe bat aukeratu da eraikintzat. Lehenengo eta behin,zenbait energia berriztagarrien efizientziaaztertuko da, geotermiarenaukera justifikatzeko.Hau egin ondoren, eraikinaren behar-energetikoak kalkulatuko dira, eta haien arabera, klimatizazioa eskaintzeko behar diren instalazioak aukeratu, eta deskribatuko dira.Amaitzeko, proiektuaren denbora-eskema gehituko da, eta proiektuaren ikerketa ekonomikoa egingo da, haren amortizazio epea zehaztuz.
