Abstract

Laburpena: Amorebieta-Etxanon burutuko den proiektu honen helburua, Amorebieta-Etxanoko Arriagane industrialdean, automobilgintza-lantegi bat eraikitzea da. Egitura bi solairutan banatuko da. Alde batetik, eraikin osoaren azalera izango duen behe solairuak, materialak gordetzeko biltegiak, lantegia, soldadura tailerra, aldagelak, komunak eta batzar gela hartuko ditu. Bestetik, eraikinaren aurrealdeko lehenengo eta hirugarren portikoen arteko azaleran beste solairu bat eraikiko da non, biltegia, emakume zein gizonezkoentzako komun bana eta bulego bat kokatuko diren. Resumen: el objetivo de este proyecto que se realizará en Amorebieta-Etxano, concretamente en el polígono industrial Arriagane, es construir un taller de automóviles. La nave se divide en dos plantas. Por un lado, la planta inferior que tendrá una superficie total de la nave constará de un almacén para guardar el material, el taller, un taller de soldadura, vestuarios, baños y una sala de reuniones. Por otro lado, en el área que toman los tres primeros pórticos de la nave se construirá una segunda planta donde se colocarán el almacén, baños tanto para hombres como para mujeres y una oficina. El pabellón tendrá dos entradas. En la fachada derecha se colocará una puerta de grandes dimensiones para la entrada y salida de los vehículos. En la fachada posterior, en cambio, habrá una puerta más pequeña para aquellos que quieran acceder a la primera planta mediante escaleras. En los alrededores del pabellón, se colocarán plazas de aparcamiento para los automóviles.

Abstract: the aim of this project to be carried out in Amorebieta-Etxano, specifically in the Arriagane industrial estate, is to build a car workshop. The ship is divided into two floors. On the one hand, the lower floor that will have a total area of the nave will consist of a warehouse to store the material, the workshop, a welding workshop, changing rooms, bathrooms and a meeting room. On the other hand, in the area that the first three porticos of the ship take, a second floor will be built where the warehouse will be placed, as well as bathrooms for both men and women and an office. The pavilion will have two entrances. On the right frontage, a large door will be placed for the entry and exit of vehicles. On the rear frontage, however, there will be a smaller door for those who want to access the first floor by stairs. In the vicinity of the pavilion, parking spaces for cars will be placed.
