[EUS] Bilaketa bibliografiko honen helburua izan da autismoa edo espektro autistaren trastornoa duten pertsonekin egindako ur jarduera edo igeriketa jarduera fisiko programek pertsona hauengan duten eragina aztertzen duten ikerketak bilatu eta biltzea, ikusirik autismo edo espektro autistaren trastornoa duten pertsonen eta jarduera fisikoaren inguruko ikerketa, eta gehiago igeriketaren ingurukoa, urria dela. Bilaketa hau egiterako garaian ez da esklusio irizpide zorrotzik erabili, alegia, ez da ukatu artikulurik parte hartzaileen adina, sexua edo beste ezaugarriren batengatik. Ikerketan parte hartzeko artikuluetako parte hartzaileek ezaugarri bakarra bete behar zuten: Autismoa edo espektro autistaren trastornoa izatea (TEA), beste inolako elbarritasunik gabe (adibidez, Asperger sindromea, Down sindromea edo garun paralisia). Artikuluen bilaketa egiteko lau datu base edo bilatzaile erabili dira: Eric, Pubmed, Web of Science eta Dialnet. Bilaketa osoa egin ostean eta errepikatutakoak kendu ostean, galbahetik pasa dira artikuluok eta beste batzuk ere baztertu egin dira euren izenburua, laburpena edo abstracta, eta artikulua bera irakurri eta inklusio irizpideak betetzen ez zituztela ikusi ostean. Azkenean, hamar (n=10) artikulu erabili dira errebisio bilbliografikoa osatzeko. Ikerketa denek oinarri gisa igeriketa zuten baina batzuk beste jarduera batzuekin uztartzen zuten beraien jarduera fisiko programak aurrera eramateko garaian, adibidez, musika terapiekin. Emaitzek erakutsi dute igeriketak edo ur jarduerek osatutako jarduera fisiko programak egokiak direla autismodun pertsonentzat, eta egokiak direnean, onura esanguratsuak dakartzala. [EN] The aim of this bibliographic research is to find and gather researches that investigate the
effect that water activities or swimming activities physical programs carried out with people
with autism or autism spectrum disorder have in these people, having seen the research on
people with autism or autistic spectrum disorder and physical activity, and more about
swimming, which is scarce. At the time of performing this search, no severe exclusion criteria
has been used, that is, no article has been denied because of the participant’s age, sex or any
other characteristic. To participate in the research, the participants of the articles only had to
fulfill one characteristic: To have autism or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), without any other
disability (for example, Asperger syndrome, Down syndrome or cerebral palsy). To search for
articles, four basic data or search engines have been used: Eric, Pubmed, Web of Science and
Dialnet. After doing all the research and excepting the repeated ones, the articles have been
passed through a screen and some others have also been removed, when reading their title,
summary or abstract, and the article itself and seeing that they did not fulfill the inclusion
criteria. Finally, 10 articles (n=10) have been used to complete the literature review. All the
investigations had swimming as the base but some joined it with other activities when carrying
out their physical activity programs, for example, with music therapy. The results have shown
that physical activity programs completed with swimming or water activities are suitable for
people with autism, and that being appropriate, they bring significant benefits. At the
discussion point the articles have been divided or classified according to the types of results.
