Abstract
[EU]Hemen aurkezten den ikerketa proiektua Donostiako Kimika fakultateko Kimika Ezorganikoa departamenduan egina izan da Eider San Sebastian eta Aizpea Zubia Olaskoaga doktoreen gidaritzapean. Proiektuaren helburua printzipio aktiboen ezaugarriak hobetuko dituen estrategia bat diseinatu eta honen erabilgarritasuna baieztatzea izango da. Dokumentu honetan, printzipio aktibo ezagun eta metal biobateragarriez osaturiko koordinazio konposatuen diseinu, sintesi, karakterizazio eta ezaugarri fisikokimiko garrantzitsuen neurketa laburtzen da. Bestalde, aipaturiko ezaugarrien balioak, jatorrizko printzipio aktiboaren ezaugarri berdinekin alderatuko da.
 
[EN]This project has been made in the Inorganic Chemistry department of the Chemistry Faculty of Donostia under the supervision of Drs. Eider San Sebastian Larzabal and Aizpea Zubia Olaskoaga. The main goal of the project is the design of a strategy that improves the solubility and permeability of known active principles, as well as to prove its value for that purpose. With this goal, the present manuscript summarizes the synthesis, characterization and measurement of physicochemical properties of coordination compounds based on typical drug scaffolds and biocompatible metals, as well as a comparison of the mentioned properties with respect to the parent free active principle.
