Abstract
Gizarteak urte askotan zehar eskura izan dituen ur-baliabideak behar ez bezala erabili
ondoren, isurketak geldiarazteko eta horien kalitatea, naturara itzuli aurretik, hobetzeko garaia da.
Horrenbeztez, lan honek hurrengoa proposatzen du: urak arazteko sistemarik ez duten
udalerriei irtenbide bat ematea indarrean dagoen araubideak eskatzen dituen parametroak bete
ahal izateko.
Beraz, isuriei buruzko araubidea betetzeko eta aipatutako udalerrietan azken urteetan izan
den biztanleria-hazkunde handia dela eta, hondakin-uren araztegi bat (HUA) ezartzea erabaki da,
Clarín ibaian (Cantabria) uren isurketa hobetzeko.
Hondakin-uren araztegi horretan hiriko hondakin-ura tratatzeko dauden aukerak
aztertzerako orduan, eta kontuan izanik biztanleria mota, eremuko kutsadura, saneamendu-sare
mota, urte-sasoiaren aldaketa, faktore ekonomikoak, etab., honako aukera hauek hautatu dira:
aurretratamendurako, tratamendu primariorako eta bigarren mailako tratamendurako.
Aurretratamendu gisa, burdin sare automatikoekin arbastatzea aukeratu da, eremu horretan
dagoen sare motaren eta HUAra iristen den efluente motaren ondorioz, behar diren baldintzak
beteko lituzkeelako.
Lehen mailako tratamenduak bi errototamizak ditu, ponpaketa-putzu baten ondoren, solido
esekiak ezabatzen jarraitzeko, eta urek duten materia organiko biodegradagarriaren zati bat ere.
Azkenik, bigarren mailako tratamendu bat jarri da, 4 oxidazio-tangaz eta dekantagailu
zirkular batez osatuta. Horri esker, baheetatik igarotako materia organikoaren kopurua % 90
murriztu ahal izango da, eta solido esekien % 80 ere.
Elementu horiek guztiak, makineria espezifikoa (arbastatzeko burdin sarea, baheak, ponpak
eta beste osagai batzuk) kontuan hartu gabe, hormigoi bertan armatuzkoak izango dira. Sistema
aurrefabrikatuen aurrean, obrak egiteko denbora luzatu arren, kostuak txikiagoak izango dira.
Proiektuaren aurrekontua, guztira, 453.171,15 €-koa izango da kontrata bakoitzeko, eta,
gutxi gorabehera, urtebetekoa obra egiteko, plangintza egokia eginda. The human factor has been making a water resources misuse for many years what has
brought us to the need of starting to improve the quality of our waste before taking it back to our
environment.
This project’s goal is to provide a solution to a series of municipalities that do not have a
water purification system which allows them to comply with the parameters required by the current
regulations.
I have decided, through my research, to build a Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) to
improve the quality of the waste dumped into the Clarín river, located in Voto (Cantabria, Spain) in
order to comply with the regulations caused due to the large population growth in the area during
the last years.
Taking into account the type of population, the contamination levels of the area, the type of
sanitation network, the seasonal variation, economic factors…. I have selected the following
options for the pretreatment, and the primary and secondary treatments.
As pretreatment, I have chosen the option of roughing with automatic bars that, due to the
type of network already available in the area, will make the water waste arriving to the E.A.D.R.
meet the requirements need in the area and, at the same time, comply with the regulations
established.
The primary treatment is a physical one and consists on the implementation of two rotary
sieves after a pumping well to continue with the elimination of suspended matters as well as with
a part of the biodegradable organic matter contained into the water.
Lastly, I have chosen a secondary treatment composed by four oxidation tanks and a circular
decanter that will allow to reduce until 90% of the amount of organic matter that would have
previously come from the rotary sieves and, also, until 80% of the suspended solids.
All the elements needed in these three treatments, without counting with some specific
machinery as the grinding grid, the two sieves, pumps, and some other components, will be made
of reinforced concrete on site. This will cause the whole process to take a little longer but the cost
will be cheaper.
The total project will have a Contract Execution Budget of € 453,171.15 and an estimated
total execution time of approximately 1 year, with a proper planning.
