Abstract
Jakina da, azido humikoak (HA) eta azido fulbikoak (FA) lurzoruko materia organikoaren osagai garrantzitsuak direla. Energia-iturria dira lurzoruan bizi diren organismo onuragarrientzat, baina aldi berean agente eraginkorrak dira kutsatzaile organiko zein inorganikoen garraioan. Hori dela eta, hauen analisia garrantzitsua da. Lan honetan lurzorutik HA eta FA erauzteko teknika bat garatu nahi izan da. Orain arte erabili izan diren metodo luzeak eta konplexuak hobetzeko asmoz, erauzketa metodo kuantitatiboa, sinplea eta merkea garatu nahi izan da. Horretarako, erauzketa prozesua ultrasoinu bainuan aurrera eraman da, NaOH erauzle bezala erabiliz. Metodoaren optimizaziorako ultrasoinu bainuan erauzketa denbora desberdinak probatu dira, 5 minututik 5 ordutara doazenak. Metodoa garatzeko Astigarragako lur-lagin bat erabili da. Metodoaren balidazioa burutu da, tarte lineala, prezisioa eta detekzio muga eta kuantifikazio muga aztertu direlarik. Lortutako balioak onak izan dira orokorrean. Garatutako metodoarekin Gipuzkoako bi lur-laginetan lortutako HA eta FA kontzentrazioak munduko beste lurzoruetan lortu diren kontzentrazioekin konparatu dira.

Humic acids (HA) and fulvic acids (FA) are important components of soilorganic matter. They are a source of energy for beneficial organisms living in the soil, but at the same time they are effective agents in the transport of both organic and inorganic contaminants. Therefore, their analysis is important. The aim of this work has been to develop a method for the extraction of HA and FA from soil. In order to improve the long and complex methods used so far, the aim has been to develop a quantitative, simple and economical extractionmethod. To this end, the extraction process has been carried out in the ultrasonic bath, using NaOH as extractant. To optimize the method, different extraction times have been tested on the ultrasonic bath, ranging from 5 minutes to 5 hours. One soil sample from Astigarraga was used for the development of the method. The validation of the method has been carried out, analysing the linear range, precision and limits of detection and quantification. In general the values obtained revealed the adequacy of the method. With the developed method, the concentrations of HA and FA obtained in two soil samples from Gipuzkoa have been compared with concentrations obtained in soils from elsewhere in the world.
