Familien parte hartzea eskolan. Kasu baten azterketa.

Abstract

[EUS] Hurrengo Gradu Amaierako Lanean, familien parte hartzea eskolan eta seme-alaben hezkuntza prozesuari buruz hitz egingo da. Horretarako, honen garrantziaz hitz egingo da eta dituen onurak plazaratu egingo dira. Bestalde, familien parte hartzea eta inplikazioa oztopatzen duten faktoreak aztertuko dira, eta era berean, hauei aurre egiteko proposamen batzuen adibideak adieraziko dira. Lanaren helburu nagusia gurasoen parte hartzea eta inplikazioa aztertzea da kasu erreal baten bitartez.

Horretarako, bilaketa bibliografiko zabala egin da eta baita kasu erreal baten azterketa kualitatiboa ere elkarrizketa, inkesta eta dokumentuen analisiaren bitartez, teoria guzti hori benetan horrela ematen den ikuskatzeko. Ikerketa lana Gasteizko Umandi Ikastolan eraman da aurrera, gurasoen parte hartze eta inplikazio maila hori aztertzeko. Lanaren hasieran aipatuko diren helburuak jarraituz emaitza batzuk lortu dira parte hartze eta inplikazio horren maila hobeto ikusteko eta horietatik abiatuz, hobetzeko proposamenak plazaratzeko.

[ES] En el próximo trabajo de fin de grado, se hablará sobre la participación de las familias en la escuela y el proceso de Educación de los hijos e hijas. Para ello, se hablará de su importancia y de sus beneficios. Por otro lado, se analizarán los factores que dificultan la participación e implicación de las familias y se expondrán ejemplos de algunas propuestas para hacerlas frente. El objetivo principal del trabajo es analizar la participación e implicación de los padres y madres a través de un caso real. Para ello, se ha realizado una amplia búsqueda bibliográfica y un análisis cualitativo de un caso real a través de entrevistas, encuestas y análisis de los documentos, para comprobar si toda esta teoría se da realmente así. El trabajo de investigación se lleva a cabo en la Ikastola Umandi de Vitoria para analizar este grado de participación e implicación de los padres y madres. Siguiendo los objetivos que se comentarán al inicio del trabajo, se han obtenido unos resultados que permiten ver mejor el nivel de participación e implicación y, a partir de ahí, plantear propuestas de mejora.

[EN] Throughout this Final Degree Project, it will be discussed the participation of families both at school and in the educational process of their children. In order to investigate that, it will be spoken about its importance and its benefits. On the other hand, factors that difficult families’ participation and implication with the school will be analyzed and also, some corrective proposals will be exposed to confront this situation. The pivotal objective of this project is to analyze the participation and implication of parents throughout a real case. As support for this analysis, there has been made a vast bibliographic research and qualitative analysis of a real case that includes some interviews, polls and document analysis to make sure that this theory is really applied as it is said. This investigation has been made in Umandi Ikastola in Vitoria-Gasteiz in order to analyze the degree of participation and implication of families there. Following the objectives that will be exposed in the beginning of the project, there have been obtained some conclusions that allow to see areas that need an improvement, and as result of these, some improvement proposals will be explained
