Capitalismo de plataforma: situación laboral de los repartidores de Glovo

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo final de grado, se aborda el análisis sobre la situación de las condiciones laborales de la plataforma digital Glovo. Especialmente, la investigación estudia la relación entre la plataforma y el empleado autónomo Glover para comprobar el grado de autonomía existente y cómo afecta a la calidad y condiciones laborales. Por tanto, se llevará a cabo un análisis cualitativo a dos tipos de modelo Glover: Ideal y Roto. En esta investigación se destaca que la aparente Economía Colaborativa es inajustable y condena a estados de precariedad para el Modelo Roto, limitando la autonomía y flexibilidad para ambos modelos por medio de la herramienta de “Puntuación al Repartidor”, fallando con la prerrogativa de la Economía Colaborativa para dar lugar al Capitalismo de Plataformas.

[EN] In this final degree work, the analysis of the situation of the working conditions of the Glovo digital platform is dealt with. In particular, the research studies the relationship between the platform and the self-employed Glover in order to verify the degree of existing autonomy and how it affects quality and working conditions. Therefore, a qualitative analysis will be carried out on two types of Glover model: Ideal and Roto. This research highlights that the apparent Collaborative Economy is unadjustable and condemns states of precariousness for the Roto Model, limiting the autonomy and flexibility for both models by means of the "Scoring the Dealer" tool, failing with the prerogative of Collaborative Economy to give rise to Platform Capitalism.
