A: Gradu amaierako lan honetan tresna elektronikoentzako kargagailu fotovoltaiko bat fabrikatu da. Prototipaketara heltzeko, aurretik kargagailuaren diseinua gauzatu da eta gero, simulazioa burutu da. Modulu garrantzitsuenak diseinatu ahal izateko alternatibarik egokienak aztertu eta aukeratu dira, besteak beste, bateria mota, eguzki-zelula mota eta mikrokontrolagailua. Jarraian, 18650 Litio Ionezko bateriaren karga eta deskarga kontrolatuko dituen karga erregulatzailea diseinatu da ATMega 328P mikrokontrolagailua erabiliz. Gailuak kargatzeko, irteerako zirkuitu jasotzailea (boost) diseinatu da bateriaren 3,7 V-ak 5 V-era igotzen dituena eta 2 A-ko korrontea emateko gai dena. Proteus erabilita software bidezko simulazioa egin da eta horren ostean, zirkuituak bateratu eta inplementazio fisikoa burutu da funtzionamendu egokia ziurtatuz. Gainera, bateriaren tentsio neurgailua eta eguzki-zelulak ematen duen korronte neurgailuak garatu dira. Horrekin batera, OLED pantaila batean lortutako balio esanguratsuak bistaratu dira mikrokontrolagailuak duen I2C protokolaz baliatuz. Puntu horretatik abiatuz, zirkuitu guztiak PCB batera pasatu dira, PCB-aren fabrikazio prozesua ikasiz. Halaber, prototipoa eramangarria izateko, 3D inprimagailu bat erabiliz karkasa bat egin da. Azkenik, proiektu osoaren funtzionamendua aztertu eta funtzionamendu egokia ziurtatu da. Honekin, prototipoa era egokian tresna elektroniko ezberdinak kargatzen dituela eta hau fabrikatzea nahiko merkea dela ondorioztatu da. Gainera, graduan zehar landu ez diren hainbat teknika ikasi dira, hala nola, 3D inprimagailu baten funtzionamendua ikastea eta PCBak egitea. In this end-of-degree project, a photovoltaic charger for electronic devices has been manufactured. To get to the prototype, before the design of the charger has been carried out and then the simulation has been performed. First, the best alternatives of the most important modules have been analysed and selected, as well as the type of battery, the solar cell model and the microcontroller. Then, the charge regulator that will manage the proper charging and discharging of the 18650 Li-Ion battery has been designed, using the ATMega 328P microcontroller. Also, a boost circuit has been designed that raises the 3.7 V of the battery to 5 V and is able to give a current of 2 A to charge the devices. Afterward, different simulations have been carried out with Proteus, to later unify the circuits and do the physical implementation. In addition, the battery voltage meter and the charge current meter provided by the solar cell have been developed. Then, the significant values obtained were displayed on an OLED screen using the I2C protocol contained in the microcontroller. At this point, all the circuits have been printed on a PCB, learning the fabrication process. Also, in order to make the prototype portable, a case has been made using a 3D printer. Finally, the correct functioning of the whole project has been analysed and it has been concluded that the prototype is able to charge correctly different electronic devices and that it is relatively cheap to manufacture. Besides, several techniques have been learned that have not been worked during the degree, such as the study of the operation of a 3D printer and the elaboration of PCBs. In summary, in this project a circuit capable of charging different electronic devices, managing the optimal charge and discharge of the battery and displaying on an OLED screen the percentage and the current of the battery charge has been fabricated.
