Abstract

[EUS] Badira gure gizartean betidanik tabu izan diren gai batzuk eta oro har haien lanketa normalizatzen ari bada ere, oraindik hezkuntza arloan oso gutxi jorratzen dira. Hauek heriotza gaia eta honekin lotzen den heriotza dolua lirateke. Bi gai hauek heldu nahiz haurren eguneroko bizitzan, tamalez eta modu batera zein bestera, nahi baino gehiagotan agertzen diren fenomenoak dira baina garrantzitsuak izan arren, oso gutxi jorratzen dira oraindik. [ES] Hoy en día siguen existiendo algunos temas que se han considerado desde hace mucho tiempo tabú por gran parte de la sociedad, como pueden ser, por ejemplo, la muerte y su proceso de duelo. A pesar de que hoy en día estos vayan poco a poco normalizándose, todavía queda mucho trabajo por hacer, sobre todo en el ámbito de la educación. Así pues, las razones por las que estos temas se abordan poco son principalmente tres: la falta de conocimientos y preparación a la hora de abordar el tema, la falta de recursos y material específico y el propio carácter complejo del tema, ya que al estar estrechamente relacionado con los sentimientos y las emociones, es más difícil de gestionarlo. Como respuesta a esta necesidad, se ha creado este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, compuesto inicialmente por una parte teórica y posteriormente por una intervención secuenciada en cinco sesiones. El objetivo de dicha intervención es trabajar el tema de la muerte y su proceso de duelo de modo preventivo, ofreciendo a los alumnos nuevos conocimientos y fomentándoles el interés por ello, de manera que estén familiarizados con el tema el día que realmente lo necesiten.

[EN]Today there are still some topics that have long been considered taboo by a big part of society, such as, for example, death and its grieving process. Despite the fact that these are gradually becoming normalized, there is still a lot of work to be done, especially in the field of education. The reasons why these issues are rarely addressed are mainly three: the lack of knowledge and preparation on the topic, the lack of resources and specific material, and the complex nature of the matter itself, since being closely related to feelings and emotions, it is difficult to manage. This Final Degree Project has been written in response to this need; it consists of a theoretical part first and an intervention sequenced in five sessions, second. The objective of this intervention is to work on the subject of death and its grieving process in a preventive way, offering students new knowledge and encouraging their interest in it, so that they are familiar with the subject when they eventually need it.
