Tratamiento psicológico para menores que han sufrido abuso sexual: revisión sistemática

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo se centra en el abuso sexual infantil, que, a pesar de no tratarse de un tema novedoso, ha sido en los últimos años cuando ha ido despertando un creciente interés en cuanto a su observación, comprensión y tratamiento. Por lo tanto, el objeto de esta revisión es agrupar los distintos conocimientos sobre este asunto, clasificándolo según los factores de riesgo e incluso atendiendo a su prevención, detección o el modo de llevar a cabo el tratamiento. Para esto último, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática sobre distintos tipos de tratamiento con el planteamiento de unos objetivos específicos. En ella se han contemplado distintos tipos de terapia y la eficacia que han tenido a lo largo de las intervenciones. Finalmente, se realiza una discusión sobre los resultados y se elaboran unas conclusiones en las que se da respuesta a gran parte de los objetivos y se muestra cómo y en qué variables los tratamientos han sido efectivos.

[EN] The present work focuses on hild sexual abuse, which, despite not being a novel matter, it is in the recent years when it has been bringing back a growing interest in its observation, undertanding and treatment. Therefore, the purpose of this review is to group the different knowledge on this matter, classifying it according to risk factors and even attending to its prevention, detection or the way of carrying out the treatment. For the latter, a systematic review has been carried out on different types of treatment with the propose of specific objectives. In it, different types of therapy and the effectiveness they have had throughout the interventions have been taken into account. Finally, a discussion about the results is made and conclusions are developed in which most of the objectives are answered and it is shown how and in which variables the treatments have been effective.
