Horretarako, EIBaren aplikazioaren eragin positibo zein negatiboak kontutan hartuz, zigor berri honen eraginkortasuna eta beharrizana ikertu dira.es_ES
dc.description.abstract[ES]A través de este trabajo de İn de grado, ponemos en duda la pena de Prisión Permanente Revisable, que entró en vigor en nuestro ordenamiento judicial por primera vez en el 2015, regulada en la LO 1/2015. Para ello, teniendo en cuenta los efectos positivos y negativos que conlleva su aplicación, hemos investigado sobre su necesidad y efectividad.es_ES
