dc.description.abstract[eus] Emakumeen parte-hartzea lan merkatuan azken urteetan handituz joan den arren eta lanaren sexu-banaketa “klasikoa” gainditu den arren, zaintza eta etxeko lanen banaketa desorekatua eragozpena da oraindik benetako berdintasuna lortzeko lanaren sexu-banaketa “berri” honetan. Egoera honi amaiera emateko, arazoaz arduratzen diren politika publikoak beharrezkoak dira, hirigintza feministatik aurrera eraman daitekeenak bezalakoak. Hauetan biztanleriaren parte-hartzea barneratzea eta kontuan hartzea ezinbestekoa da, esfera produktiboaren eta erreproduktiboaren arteko banaketa espazialarekin amaitzeko. Adibidez, azken urteetan Bartzelonako hiriak genero ikuspegia udal plangintzan barneratu du, besteak beste, norabide horretan garrantzitsuak diren legeak (Auzoen Legea, 2005eko eta 2010eko Hirigintzako Legeak eta Kataluniako Berdintasunerako Legea) ondo ezarritako tradizio feministarekin bat etorriz. Hiriko azken gobernuak aitzindaria izan da ildo honetan hartutako neurri garrantzitsuen onarpenean, besteak beste “Pla de mobilitat urbana 2024” eta “Plan de Barrios” neurriekin.es_ES
dc.description.abstract[eng] Although women's participation in the labour market has been increasing in recent years and the “classical” sexual division of labour has been overcome, the unequal distribution of care and domestic work is still an impediment to achieving real equality in this “new” sexual division of labour. To put an end to this situation, we need public policies that deal with the problem, such as those that can be carried out from feminist urbanism. In order to put an end to the spatial division between the productive and the reproductive spheres, it is necessary to include and consider the participation of the population in those public policies. For example, in recent years the city of Barcelona has incorporated the gender perspective into municipal planning, and, in line with a well-established feminist tradition, has passed a number of laws in this regard, such as the Neighbourhood Act, the Urban Planning Act of 2005 and 2010 and the Equality Act of Catalonia. The last government in the city has pioneered the adoption of important measures in this regard, including “Pla de mobilitat urbana 2024” and “Plan de Barrios”.es_ES
