Gizarte hezitzailea, egungo ikastetxeetan txertatu beharreko profesionala

Abstract

[EU] Etengabe aldatzen ari den gizarte batean bizi garen heinean, argi dago hezkuntzaren esparrua ez dela salbuespena; ondorioz, egungo hezkuntza sistema berrasmatzea eta diziplinarteko eredu irekiagoa ezartzea premiazkoa da. Txosten honen xedea gizarte hezitzaileek egungo ikastetxeetan lekurik izan beharko luketen ala ez aztertzea da, eta, horretarako, izaera kuantitatiboa eta diseinu deskriptiboa duen ikerketa aplikatua gauzatu da. Inkesta tresnaren bitartez, Bizkaiko lurraldean diharduten Gizarte Hezkuntzako zein eskola hezkuntzako 70 profesionalen iritzia aztertu da. Lortutako emaitzek gizarte hezitzaileek eskola testuingurua aberasten duten profesionalak direla adierazi dute, baita egungo ikastetxeetan txertatuta egon beharko litzatekeela ere. Horrekin batera, arlo sozialari arduraz erreparatzen dion, eta erreferentziazko testuinguruekin koordinatuta lan egiten duen eredu bat ezartzea beharrezkoa dela agerian geratu da. Kontrako iritzi asko jaso ez diren arren, aztertu direnak gehien bat eskola hezkuntzaren adarretik zetozen, zehazki, bost urte baino gutxiagoko esperientzia duten profesional gazteengandik.

[ES] En la medida en que vivimos en una sociedad en constante cambio, es evidente que el ámbito educativo no es una excepción; en consecuencia, urge reinventar el sistema educativo actual y establecer un modelo interdisciplinar más abierto. El objetivo del presente informe es analizar si los/las educadores/as sociales deberían tener o no cabida en los centros escolares actuales, por lo que se ha llevado a cabo una investigación aplicada de carácter cuantitativo y diseño descriptivo. A través de la herramienta de la encuesta se ha analizado la opinión de 70 profesionales de Educación Social y educación escolar que emprenden su actividad en el territorio de Vizcaya. Los resultados obtenidos señalan que los/las educadores/as sociales son profesionales que enriquecen el contexto escolar y que deberían estar integrados/as en los centros actuales. Asimismo, manifiestan la necesidad de implantar un modelo que atienda con responsabilidad al ámbito social y trabaje en coordinación con los contextos de referencia. Aunque no se han recogido muchas opiniones en contra, las que se han analizado provenían mayoritariamente de la rama de educación escolar, en concreto, de jóvenes profesionales con menos de cinco años de experiencia.

[EN] As we live in a constantly changing society, it is evident that the education field is no exception. Thus, it is urgent to reinvent the current educational system and establish a more open interdisciplinary model. The aim of this report is to analyze whether or not social educators should have a place in today's schools, so a quantitative applied research with a descriptive design has been carried out. The survey tool was used to analyze the opinion of 70 professionals from both Social Education and school education, who undertake their activity in the territory of Biscay. The results obtained indicate that social educators are professionals who enrich the school context and that they should be integrated in current centers. Likewise, they express the need to implement a model that responsibly attends the social sphere and works in coordination with the reference contexts. Although there were not many opposing opinions, those that were analyzed came mainly from the school education branch, specifically from young professionals with less than five years of experience.
