Landa eremuan haur txikiak dituzten amen aisialdirako jarduera fisikoa: Tolosaldeko kasu azterketa

Abstract

[EUS] Gaur egun, emakume izateagatik Jarduera Fisikoa eta Kirola (JFK) egiteko hainbat oztopo dituzte emakumeek eta landa eremuan bizi direnek are eta zailtasun gehiago dituzte. Lan honen helburu nagusia haur txikiak zituzten eta landa eremuan bizi ziren amen jarduera fisikoarekiko bizipenak ezagutzea eta ulertzea izan zen. Kasu azterketa honetan talde eztabaida bidez Gipuzkoako landa eremuko Lizartza eta Altzo herrietan bizi ziren hiru emakume elkarrizketatu ziren. Ama izateak zekarkien presio soziala eta aisialdiaz gozatzeko denbora falta izan ziren Jarduera Fisikoa eta Kirola praktikatzeko nabarmendu zituzten oztopo nagusienak umeen zaintzarekin eta haien ordutegiekin bat egin zezaketen jarduerei aipamen zuzena eginez. Gipuzkoako landa eremuko amen aisialdiko JFK sustatzeko kontuan izan behar dira dituzten behar eta interesak, betiere, duten dibertsitateari erantzungo dieten esku-hartze multidimentsionalak diseinatu, garatu eta ezarriz.

[ES] En la actualidad, las mujeres, y concretamente las que viven en el medio rural, tienen aún más dificultades para realizar Actividad Física y Deporte (AFD) por su condición de mujeres. El objetivo principal de este trabajo fue conocer y comprender las vivencias de las madres con niños pequeños que vivían en el medio rural. En este estudio se entrevistaron, mediante debate colectivo, a tres mujeres que vivían en los pueblos rurales de Lizartza y Altzo en Gipuzkoa. La presión social y la falta de tiempo para disfrutar del ocio que les suponía ser madres fueron las principales barreras que destacaron para la práctica de la Actividad Física y el Deporte, haciendo una referencia directa a las actividades que podían compartir con el cuidado de los niños y niñas y sus horarios. La promoción de la AFD de ocio de las madres rurales de Gipuzkoa debe tener en cuenta sus necesidades e intereses, diseñando, desarrollando e implantando intervenciones multidimensionales que den respuesta a su diversidad.

[EN] Nowadays, women, and specifically those living in rural areas, have even more difficulties to engage in Physical Activity and Sport (PA) due to their condition as women. The main objective of this study was to know and understand the experiences of mothers with young children living in rural areas. In this study, three women living in the rural villages of Lizartza and Altzo in Gipuzkoa were interviewed through group discussion. Social pressure and the lack of time to enjoy their leisure time as mothers were the main barriers they highlighted for the practice of Physical Activity and Sport, making a direct reference to the activities they could share with the care of children and their schedules. The promotion of leisure PA of rural mothers in Gipuzkoa should take into account their needs and interests, designing, developing and implementing multidimensional interventions that respond to their diversity.
