2019. urtean, Derrigorrezko Bigarren Hezkuntza (DBH) izan zen Espainiako porrot akademiko handiena zuen hezkuntza-maila. Eskola-errendimenduak (EE) duen garrantzia ikusita, ezinbestekoa da honetan eragina duten faktoreak identifikatzea. Horien artean, elikadura- eta ariketa fisiko-ohiturak nabarmentzen dira, eta hauen inguruan sortzen diren kezkengatik ikerketa askok ikasleen elikadura- eta ariketa fisiko-ohiturak aztertu dituzte.
Helburua: Derrigorrezko Bigarren Hezkuntzako ikasleen elikadura- eta ariketa fisiko-ohiturek eskola-errendimenduan duten eragina aztertzea.
Metodologia: Berrikuspen bibliografikoa burutu da 2022ko azaroaren 14tik 2022ko abenduaren 28ra. Patient, Intervention, Outcome (PIO) egiturari jarraituz Descriptores en Ciencias de la Salud (DeCS) eta Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) deskriptoreak Biblioteca Virtual de la Salud (BVS) meta-bilatzailean eta Pubmed, Cuiden, Dialnet eta Cochrane datu-baseetan konbinatu dira, helburuari erantzuteko 23 artikulu lortuz. Gainera, Osasun Ministeritzatik lortutako artikulu bat eta Osakidetzako eta Osasun Munduko Erakundeko (OME) web-orrialdeak erabili dira.
Emaitzak: Nerabeen bizi-ohituren aldaketa handien ondorioz elikadura- eta ariketa fisiko-ohiturei buruzko kezka nabarmenak azaldu dira. Aipatutako bi faktoreak ikasleen eskola-errendimenduan eragina dutela baieztatzeko, ikerketa ezberdinek elikagaien kontsumoan, gorputz-masa indizean (GMI), gosarian eta ariketa fisikoan jarri dute ikuspuntua. Horregatik, osasun-profesionalen elikadura- eta ariketa fisiko-ohiturekin erlazionatutako interbentzio ezberdinak ezinbestekoak izan daitezke ikasleen osasuna sustatzeko eta hauen eskola-errendimendua areagotzeko.
Eztabaida: Aztertutako ikerketen atal ezberdinek zenbait emaitzen adostasuna erakusten duten arren, egileen arteko iritzi bateraturik ez dago.
Ondorioak: Ikasle gehienek ez dituzte eguneroko elikadura- eta ariketa fisiko-ohituren gomendioak jarraitzen. Edari azukredunen kontsumoa eta gehiegizko gorputz-masa indizea izatea eskola-errendimendu baxuagoarekin lotzen den bitartean, barazkien eta fruten kontsumoaren eta eskola-errendimenduaren arteko erlazioan ez dago erabateko adostasunik. Gosariaren burutzea eskola-errendimendu handiago batekin lotzen da. Azkenik, ikerketa askok ariketa fisikoa eskola-errendimendu handiagoarekin erlazionatzen duten arren, ez dago egile guztien arteko adostasunik. In 2019, Compulsory Secondary Education was the level of education
with the highest academic failure in Spain. Given the importance of school
performance, it is essential to identify the factors that influence it. Among them, eatingand physical exercise-habits stand out, and many studies have analyzed the eating- and
physical exercise-habits of today's students.
Objective: To analyze the impact of the eating- and physical exercise-habits of
Compulsory Secondary Education students on school performance.
Methodology: A bibliographic review was carried out from November 14, 2022 to
December 28, 2022. Following the Patient, Intervention, Outcome structure, DeCS and
MeSH descriptors were combined in the BVS meta-search engine and Pubmed, Cuiden,
Dialnet and Cochrane databases, obtaining 23 articles. In addition, an article obtained
from the Ministry of Health and the Osakidetza and the World Health Organization web
pages were used.
Results: As a result of the major changes in the life habits of teenagers, significant
concerns have been expressed about the eating- and physical exercise-habits. To
confirm that the two mentioned factors have an effect on the school performance,
different studies have focused on students' food consumption, body mass index,
breakfast and physical exercise. Various interventions related to eating- and physical
exercise-habits by health professionals can be essential to promote the health of students
and to increase their school performance.
Discussion: Although the different sections of the studies analyzed show the agreement
of certain results, there is no unified opinion among the authors.
Conclusions: Most students do not follow the recommendations of daily nutrition and
physical exercise habits. While the consumption of sugary drinks and body mass index
excess is associated with lower school performance, there is no absolute consensus that
the consumption of vegetables and fruits is related to higher school performance. Eating
breakfast is associated with higher school performance. Although many studies relate
physical exercise to higher school performance, there is no consensus among all
authors.
