Ikasleak sexualitate anitzean hezteko garrantzia

Abstract

[EU] Gaur egungo hezkuntza aldaketa askotara egokitzeko gai izan bada ere, oraindik ez dago prest ikasleen genero eta sexu-identitateak askatasunez garatzeko. Horregatik, ikerketa kualitatibo honetan besteen artean, gizartearen oinarri heteronormatiboak, curriculum ezkutua eta irakaleek gai honen inguruan duten formakuntza falta lehen hezkuntzako ikasleengan nola eragiten duten ikertzen dira, hainbat irakasleri egindako elkarrizketa erdi-garatuen bidez. Honekin, egoera dirudiena baino askoz grabeagoa dela ondoriozta daiteke, profesional bakoitzak bere erara tratatzen baitu gaia, hezkidetzak ez baititu espero ziren fruituak eman eta gaiari buruzko ezjakintasuna nabarmentzen direlako. Horregatik, hezkuntza-sistema osoaren prestakuntza beharrezkoa da, modu koordinatu batean lan eginez, hezkuntza-proiektuak hezkidetza-proiektuak bihurtu ahal izateko, sexu eta genero- identitateen arteko bereizketak ezabatuz eta ikasleen sexualitate anizkoitza oinarri duen hezkuntza inklusiboa sortuz.

[ES] La educación todavía no está preparada para el libre desarrollo de las identidades de sexo y de género de los alumnos. En esta investigación cualitativa se analiza como afectan, entre otros, los fundamentos heteronormativos de la sociedad, el curriculum oculto y la falta de formación en esta materia del profesorado en el alumnado de educación primaria, a través de entrevistas semi-estructuradas a diferentes profesores. Con ello, se ve que la situación es muy grave, ya que cada profesor trata el tema a su manera, la coeducación no ha dado los frutos esperados y resalta el desconocimiento acerca del tema. Por lo que es necesaria tanto la formación de todo el sistema educativo como su trabajo de forma coordinada, para convertir los proyectos educativos en coeducativos, eliminando las distinciones de las identidades de sexo y género, y creando una educación inclusiva basada en la sexualidad múltiple del alumnado.

[EN] Although today's education has been able to adapt to many changes, it is not yet ready for the free development of the gender and sexual identities of students. For this reason, this qualitative research analyzes how they affect, among other aspects, the heteronormative foundations of society, the hidden curriculum and the lack of teacher training in this matter in primary school students, through semi-developed interviews with different teachers. With this it can be concluded that the situation is much more serious than it seems, since each professional deals with the issue in their own way, coeducation has not given the expected results and the lack of knowledge on the subject stands out. For this reason, the training of the entire educational system is necessary, working in a coordinated manner, so that educational projects can become co-educational projects, eliminating distinctions of sexual and gender identities and creating an inclusive education based on the multiple sexuality of students.
