dc.description.abstract[EU] Gradu Amaierako Lan honetan poli(butilen sukzinato-ko-adipatoa) (PBSA) eta arrautza-oskolekin (AO) konposite desberdinak prestatu dira egoera urtuko prozesaketa bidez. AOen edukiaren eta partikulen tamainaren eragina aztertu da konpositeen propietate mekaniko, termiko eta morfologikoetan. Ikusi da konpositeen AO edukia handitu ahala materialen zurruntasuna handitu egin dela, eta harikortasuna eta talkarekiko erresistentzia, aldiz, jaitsi. Hala ere, PBSA/AO 80/20 konpositeak harikortasun eta talkarekiko erresistentzia balio handiak aurkezten ditu (% 140 eta 130 J/m-tik gorakoa, hurrenez hurren), PBSA hutsarekiko % 52ko Young-en moduluaren igoerarekin batera. dc.description.abstract[EN] In this final degree proyect different composites of poly(butylene succinate-co- adipate) (PBSA) and eggshell (ES) powder have been prepared by melt processing. Thermal, mechanical and morphological properties were studied to see the influence of the ES content and the ES particle size. It was observed that the stiffness of the materials increased with the ES content, whereas the ductility and the impact strenght decreased. However, PBSA/ES 80/20 composites presented high values of ductility and impact strengh (around 140 % and over 130 J/m respectively), along with a 52 % increase of the Young´s modulus with respect to the pure PBSA. According to the effect of the particle size, it was observef that sorting the ES powder by size does not improve the mechanical performance of the materials; in fact, the unsorted ES powder offers the best results in terms of stiffness. In terms of thermal properties, the addition of ES has no significant effect neither on the material´s Tg, nor on the Tm.
