Evolución de los salarios y cualificaciones en la economía española

[spa] La creciente dificultad por la búsqueda de empleo y unas condiciones laborales favorables y dignas, especialmente tras las épocas de crisis económicas, ha suscitado la necesidad de conocer la importancia y relevancia de la formación y cualificación. En el presente trabajo se han examinado los datos recopilados por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística relativos al empleo, salarios y cualificación en la economía española, con la principal finalidad de analizar su evolución en España. Para ello, a lo largo del trabajo, se han elaborado e interpretado una serie de tablas y gráficos que sintetizan la evolución de dichas variables.

[eng] The increasing difficulty in finding employment and favourable and decent working conditions, especially after periods of economic crisis, has raised the need to know the importance and relevance of training and qualification. In this work, the data collected by the National Institute of Statistics on employment, wages and qualification in the Spanish economy have been examined, with the main aim of analysing their evolution in Spain. To this end, a series of tables and graphs summarising the evolution of these variables have been drawn up and interpreted throughout the work.
