Pabiloi industrial baten elektrifikazioa

Abstract

[EU]Proiektu honen helburua, pabiloi industrial baten elektrifikazio osoa burutzea da, makinariaren potentzia hornidura eta argi instalazioa kontuan hartuz. Hau da, elektrizitate hornikuntza enpresako goi tentsioko lineetatik, pabiloian behar diren elektrizitate beharrak asetzeko instalazioa burutzea. Pabiloian kokatuko den enpresa, mekanizatutako piezak ekoiztuko ditu.Bertan, tailer mekanikoa eta bulegoak izango ditu. Tailerrean makinaria ugari egongo da eta hauen potentzia beharrak ondo aztertu beharko dira enpresak behar beste potentzia beti izan dezan. Proiektu hau burutzeko, legeak ezarritako babes eta segurtasun betekizun guztiak kontutan hartuko dira.

[ES]El objetivo de este proyecto es la electrificación total de un pabellón industrial teniendo en cuenta la potencia necesaria de la maquinaria y la instalación lumínica. Esto es, realizar la instalación eléctrica desde las líneas de alta tensión de la compañía suministradora de electricidad hasta satisfacer las necesidades de electricidad requeridas en el pabellón. La empresa que se va a instalar en el pabellón se dedica al mecanizado y en las instalaciones se ubicara el taller mecánico y las oficinas. En el taller habrá abundante maquinaria, de la cual tendremos que analizar sus necesidades de potencia para poder sobredimensionar la instalación eléctrica. El pabellón se ubicara en una zona industrial, donde Iberdrola dispone de líneas de alta tensión de 13,2KV para suministrar corriente a todos los pabellones. Estas líneas se enterraron cuando se urbanizo el polígono industrial para poder asegurar una conexión sencilla a cada pabellón. El centro de transformación se ubicara en un lateral del pabellón y aquí se producirá la transformación de alta a baja tensión con la ayuda de un transformador. Para realizar este proyecto se tendrán en cuenta las consideraciones de protección y de seguridad impuestas por las leyes.

[EN]The objective of this project is the total electrification of an industrial pavilion. In order to do that, we have to know the necessities of the machines and the light power. And this carry out the electric installation from high electric lines to all the pavilion requirements. The company that is going to be in the pavilion is dedicated to machining and in the factory, the mechanical workshop and the offices are to be located. In the workshop there is going to be a lot of machines and we have to analyze the power requirement because the factory never has to have less power that needed. The pavilion is going to be located in an industrial area, where Iberdrola have electrical high lines of 13,2KV to supply all pavilions. These lines are buried since the urbanizing of the industrial estate to facilitate the connection to all pavilions. To do this Project we will take the protection and safety considerations imposed by law.
