[ES] Vivimos en una sociedad que avanza a pasos agigantados y que, por ello, se sufren constantes cambios que conllevan a consecuencias que en muchas ocasiones pasan desapercibidas. Y es que, cada día son más las familias, docentes y alumnos o alumnas que sufren o vivencian cercanamente acoso escolar, se quejan de que no pueden estudiar porque otras y otros compañeros o compañeras les molestan e, incluso, se dan casos de agresiones físicas. Por ello, se puede afirmar que nos encontramos con un grave problema social, el de las conductas disruptivas en los centros escolares. Además de lo anterior, el profesorado no está formado específicamente en la resolución de conflictos y puede conllevar a agravantes en ciertas ocasiones.
En el presente trabajo se pretende analizar los programas y protocolos más actuales en diferentes etapas de la educación reglada. Del mismo modo, se pretende conocer el efecto de una Unidad Didáctica de creación propia basada en una metodología innovadora, como es la gamificación, y aplicada en etapa de Educación Primaria y, concretamente, Educación Física. Para ello, se analizan exhaustivamente los documentos y, basándose tanto en ellos como en un amplio marco teórico, en la Unidad Didáctica creada se emplean las técnicas concluidas como más eficaces o eficientes. [EN] We are living in a constantly changing society where the happened changes become into sometimes non-recognised consequences. And the truth is that, each day more and more families, teachers, professors or students suffer or nearly live bullying, they complain about the impossibility of studying because other schoolmates disturb them, or even, they suffer, watch or witness physical aggression. Due to this fact, it can be confirmed that we are dealing with a serious social problem, the disruptive behaviors in schools. But not only this, it is also important to remark that teachers and professors are not trained specifically for conflict-resolving and this fact could become the problems much bigger.
The goal of this work is to analyse current programs and protocols in different compulsory school periods. At the same time, it is expected to know the effect of a self-created and innovative methodology based Didactic Unit. In that sessions, gamification is used as the main method and it is applied in Primary Education, concretely in Physical Education subject. To do this, it is firstly made an exhaustive analysis of the gathered documents and, based on them and on the extend theoretical framework, the concluded as the most efficient or effective techniques are added in the Didactic Unit.
