Abstract
[EN] The need for greater training specialization in football justifies the use of small sided games, a type of task where coaches can develop their game model. The aim of the study was to asses which type of task represents better the competition demand for each demarcation. A total of 26 football players of the same team of Liga Santander in the 2019-2020 season were analyzed using GPS technology. The following demarcations were differentiated: central defender (DC), full back (DL), center midfielder (MC), side midfielder or inside (ML) and forward (DEL). Three small sided games with goalkeepers were analyzed with: four (SSGP4), six (SSGP6) and ten (SSGP10) players per team. The analyzed variables were: Density, Intensity, Player Load, DT07 (distance covered in a speed range between 0-6,9 km/h), DT7 (distance covered in a speed range between 7-13,9 km/h), DT14 (distance covered in a speed range between 14-16,9 km/h), DT17 (distance covered in a speed range between 17-20,9 km/h), DT21 (distance covered in a speed range between 21-23,9 km/h), nDT21 (number of actions performed in a speed range between 21-23,9 km/h), DT24 (distance covered in a speed range between 24-26,9 km/h), nDT24 (number of actions performed in a speed range between 24-26,9 km/h), DT27 (distance covered in a speed range >27 km/h), nDT27 (number of actions performed in a speed range >27km/h), nACC1 (actions performed from 1 to 2 m·s-2), nACC2 (from 2 to 3 m·s-2), nACC3 (>3 m·s-2), nDEC1 (from -1 to -2 m·s-2), nDEC2 (entre -2 y -3 m·s-2) y nDEC3 (<-3 m·s-2). All the data obtained was relativized to the time of practice and the comparison was made with reference to the percentage (%) with respect to the individual competition. The results show that the SSGP10 task were the most specific for all the demarcations, since they presented fewer relative differences in the demands of the individual competition. On the other hand, the smallest format (SSGP4) was the most unspecific, presenting the largest differences with respect to competitive demands, with the DC obtaining the fewest differences, showing values close to competition in neuromuscular demands.
