Estudio comparado de la Jefatura del Estado en dos regímenes parlamentarios: Italia y España
Abstract
[ES] El objetivo principal de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado, de aquí en adelante TFG, es abordar el estudio y la
comparativa de la Jefatura de Estado en dos democracias parlamentarias europeas, como son el Reino de España y la República Italiana.
Comenzando este estudio por una contextualización histórica del constitucionalismo europeo, el cual
posibilitó el desarrollo del Estado Constitucional por medio de la Revolución Constitucional dejando atrás los principios absolutistas del Antiguo Régimen, cuestiones que se tratan en los epígrafes primero y segundo.
Posteriormente centrándose tanto en la historia del parlamentarismo europeo como en la comparativa de los dos sistemas parlamentarios, la Monarquía y la República parlamentarias, epígrafe tercero y cuarto; y finalizando con la comparación de la forma de elección, el estatuto jurídico y las funciones de ambas Jefaturas de Estado, epígrafe quinto. [EN] The main objective of this dissertation is the study and comparison of the Head of State in two European parliamentary democracies. The Spanish Kingdom and the Italian Republic.
Starting this study by a historical contextualization of European constitutionalism, which made possible the development of the Constitutional State through the Constitutional Revolution, leaving behind the absolutist principles of the Old Regime. The issues will be dealt with under the first and second headings. Moreover, this thesis will focus under the third and fourth heading on both the history of European parliamentarism and the comparison of the two parliamentary systems, the Monarchy and the Parliamentary Republic, heading three and four; and concluding with the comparison of the form of election, the legal status and functions of both Heads of State, heading 5
