TSH Kateko hotelaren eraikuntzako BREEAM ziurtagiria lortzeko zereginen kudeaketa

Euskara: Aspaldian da eraikuntzak bere kutsu tradizionala galdu eta askoz ere esanahi globalagoa hartu duenik, jasangarritasunaren aldeko apustua izan delarik hein handi baten aldaketa horren iturri. Arkitektura berdearen gorakada hori bermatzen duten jasangarritasun ziurtagirien artean dago BREEAM, eraikuntzarekin erlazionatutako hamar aspekturen ebaluazio ziklikoan oinarritutako metodologia, zeini esker, TSH Donostia eraikinaren zimentazio fasean sortutako hondakinen % 100 birziklatzea lortu den.

Castellano: Hace tiempo que la construcción ha perdido su tono tradicional y ha adquirido un significado mucho más global, siendo la apuesta por la sostenibilidad la fuente de gran parte de este cambio. Entre los certificados de sostenibilidad que avalan este auge de la arquitectura verde se encuentra BREEAM, una metodología basada en la evaluación cíclica de diez aspectos relacionados con la construcción, que han permitido reciclar el 100% de los residuos generados en la fase de cimentación del edificio TSH Donostia.

English: Construction has lost its traditional tone and has acquired a much more global meaning, the commitment to sustainability largely being the source of much of this change. Among the sustainability certificates that endorse this rise in Green Architecture, there is BREEAM, a methodology based on a cyclical assessment of ten constructive aspects, which has made it possible to recycle 100 % of the waste generated during the foundation phase of the TSH Donostia building.
