Revue Internationale d’Études en Langues Modernes Appliquées/ International Review of Studies in Applied Modern Languages (special issue) : 9-19 (2018)
Resumen
The research question we address is the relationship between goods and local identity in the context of technological change and globalization. The hypothesis is that there is a strong opportunity for local identity visibility if local goods are considered as ambassadors of culture. We will develop this hypothesis in three stages: 1) the relationships between the identity crisis and globalization; 2) the values
of objects and identity objects; 3) how the technology of augmented reality can enable this transformation of local goods into vehicles for local identity and culture (Universal Margin Project).
