Self-Storagerako eraikina

Abstract

Proiektu honek Bilboko udalerrian kokatuko den Self-Storagerako eraikin baten diseinu eta kalkulua du helburu, beharrezko baldintza guztiak betez eta proiektua definitzeko beharrezko dokumentazio osoa sortuz. Eraikuntzak 66mx24m-ko kanpo dimentsioak izango ditu bere barnean hiru solairu sortuko direlarik. Egitura portiko metalikoen bidez osatuta egongo da eta kanpo itxitura, aurrefabrikatutako panelen bidez osatuta egongo dena, petralen gainean finkatu egingo da portikoetara. Egituraren elementu guztien eta beharrezko zimendapenaren kalkulua CYPE programaren bidez egingo da. Eraikinaren barnealdean, solairuen zorua forjatu kolaborante bidez sortuko da eta honen gainean pladurrez osatutako boxeak eraikiko dira, self storagerako trastelekuak sortuz. Trasteleku bakoitzak ate batek itxiko du eta barruan argindar puntu bat edukiko du. Eraikinaren solairuetara igo edo jaisteko eskailerak edo igogailuak erabili ahalko dira

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo el diseño y cálculo de un edificio ubicado en el municipio de Bilbao destinado al Self-Storage, cumpliendo todos los requisitos y creando toda la documentación necesaria. El edificio tendrá unas dimensiones exteriores de 66mx24m albergando tres plantas en su interior. La estructura estará formada por pórticos metálicos y el cerramiento exterior, formado por paneles prefabricados, se fijará a estos pórticos sobre correas. El cálculo de todos los elementos de la estructura y de la cimentación necesaria se realizara mediante el programa CYPE. En el interior del edificio el suelo de las plantas se creara usando forjado colaborante y sobre él se construirán los boxes necesarios para la creación de los trasteros. Estos trasteros se cerraran mediante una puerta y en su interior dispondrán de un punto de luz. Para subir o bajar de las diferentes plantas se podrán usar las escaleras o los ascensores.

The main objective of this project is the design and calculation of a building located in the town of Bilbao, fulfilling all requirements and creating all necessary documentation. The building will have exterior dimensions of 66mx24m with three floors in the inside. The structure will consist of metal frames and the external enclosure, consisting of prefabricated panels, will be fixed to these frames on purlins. The calculation of all the elements of the structure and the necessary foundations will be done using the programme CYPE. In the interior of the building, the floors will be created using composite slabs, on top of it will be built all the boxes necessary for the creation of the storage rooms. These store rooms will be closed with a door and will have a light point in the inside. Stairs or lifts can be used to go up or down from the different floors.
