Automobil baten abiadura-kaxaren diseinua

Abstract

Proiektu honetan SEAT Leon 1.6 TDI 85kW (115CV) autoaren abiadura-kaxa osatzen duen sistema mekanikoaren kalkulu eta diseinua garatuko da. Abiadura-kaxa aurrealdean zeharka muntatuko da, eskuz gidatuko da eta aurreranzko 5 abiadura eta atzeranzko abiadura bat izango ditu. Diseinatutako sistema mekanikoaren elementu nagusiak honako hauek dira: enbragea, abiadura-kaxa eta bukaerako erredukzioa. Proiektuak ez ditu barne hartuko martxa aldaketarako aginte sistemaren eta multzo diferentzialaren diseinua.

This project will develop the calculation and design of the mechanical system that makes up the gearbox of the SEAT León 1.6 TDI 85 kW (115CV) vehicle. The gearbox is located at the front of the car, is manually operated and has 5 forward and one reverse speeds. The main elements of the designed mechanical system are: the clutch, the gearbox and the final reduction. The design of the speed control system and the differential system will not be part of the project.

En este proyecto se desarrollará el cálculo y diseño del sistema mecánico que compone la caja de cambios del vehículo SEAT León 1.6 TDI 85 kW (115CV). La caja de cambios se sitúa en la parte delantera del automóvil, se pilota manualmente y tiene 5 marchas hacia adelante y una hacia atrás. Los elementos principales del sistema mecánico diseñado son: el embrague, la caja de cambios y la reducción final. No formarán parte del proyecto el diseño del sistema de mando de las marchas y el del sistema diferencial.
