The knowledge of the process is the basis to reach the goal of the intelligent ma-chine, this is, to work reliably and without losing precision without human interaction. For exam-ple, the problem of cutting workpieces with variable heights is one of the problems that must be take into account. In this work, an industrial system has been developed to analyze the behavior of most significant variables during the cutting process. That is to say, they can be anticipated for changes that may occur due to this reason, which will prevent the breakdown of the wire or the instability problems that may cause a reduction in the process rate. | |
