La era de la corresponsabilidad: los nuevos retos de la política antidiscriminatoria

Abstract

This involves reflecting on the need to make advances in the area of co-responsibility. It has a specific bearing on the issue regarding the notion of co-responsibility and the difficulties it faces, whether owing to the burdens inherited from previous notions or because the current economic situation does not constitute a favourable context for its implementation. The different direction being taken by EU instructions is studied for their part, in contrast to what is taking place in Spain "specifically with the recent legal-labour reforms" in which co-responsibility is regrettably hardly apparent.; Se trata de reflexionar sobre la necesidad de avanzar en materia de corresponsabilidad. Con carácter particular se incide en la cuestión relativa a la noción de corresponsabilidad y las dificultades antes las cuales ésta se enfrenta, ya sea por los lastres derivados de antiguas concepciones, ya sea también porque la situación económica actual no es un contexto propicio para su implementación. Por su parte, se estudia asimismo la distinta dirección en que se mueven las instrucciones comunitarias, en contraste con lo que sucede en España ¿en concreto las recientes reformas jurídico-laborales¿, donde desgraciadamente la corresponsabilidad es prácticamente invisible.; Erantzunkidetasunaren gaian aurrera egiteko beharrari buruz gogoeta egin nahi dugu.
