The disparity between the lexical resources of Castilian and Basque, the former being rich in prefixes and the almost total lack of them predominating in the latter, has put Basque lexicologists, terminologists and lexicographers in the predicament of giving an appropriate solution in Basque to the Castilian prefixes. In this context, we have considered that it may be interesting to investigate the solutions that Ibon Sarasola proposes in his dictionary, Zehazki gaztelania-euskara hiztegia (Zehazki Castilian-Basque dictionary). In the first part of this work (Pérez Gaztelu 2009), we examined the locative, temporal and comitative prefixes. In the present one, we examine the prefixes that cover four other domains. When classifying the solution given in Basque to the Castilian prefixes, we have established as a main criterion whether the Castilian prefix is maintained (loanword) or not; from there on, we have specified the order of the elements and whether they use lexical and/or syntactic resources. In the conclusions, we have indicated the general procedure adopted by the dictionary.
