Espainiako Konstituzioaren euskarazko testuaren gaurkotzea: hizkera argia helburu

Abstract

[EU]Gradu Amaierako Lan honetan hizkuntza eta komunikazioaren arloko interesgune bati heltzen zaio: Espainiako Konstituzioaren euskarazko testua eguneratzeko eta argiagotzeko urrats eta proposamenak aztertzea, hizkera juridiko argiaren aldeko mugimenduen argitan.Zehatzago, lexikoa, terminologia eta fraseologia aztertu ditut Espainiako Konstituzioaren hiru bertsiotan: 1978ko testua, 2004ko testua eta 2006ko testua.Azterketa horrekin batera, euskararen eta diskurtso juridikoaren bilakaerari eta garapenari buruzko ondorioak formulatu ditut ondorioen atalean.

[ES]En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se aborda un punto de interés en el ámbito de la lengua y la comunicación: analizar los pasos y propuestas para actualizar y clarificar el texto en euskera de la Constitución Española, a la luz de los movimientos a favor del lenguaje jurídico claro. Más concretamente, he analizado el léxico, la terminología y la fraseología en tres versiones de la Constitución española: texto de 1978, texto de 2004 y texto de 2006. Junto a este análisis, en el apartado de conclusiones he formulado conclusiones sobre la evolución y desarrollo del euskera y del discurso jurídico.

[EN]This Final Degree Project addresses a point of interest in the field of language and communication: to analyze the steps and proposals for updating and clarifying the Basque text of the Spanish Constitution, in the light of the movements in favor of clear legal language. More specifically, I have analyzed the lexicon, terminology and phraseology in three versions of the Spanish Constitution: 1978 text, 2004 text and 2006 text. Together with this analysis, in the conclusions section I have formulated conclusions on the evolution and development of the Basque language and legal discourse.
