El derecho a la memoria de las víctimas del terrorismo en Euskadi

Abstract

[ES] En su intervención –recogida en el presente artículo– en el IV Encuentro en homenaje al profesor Antonio Beristain, el Ararteko analizó el derecho a la memoria de las víctimas del terrorismo. Para ello, se basó en el informe sobre la atención institucional a las víctimas del terrorismo en Euskadi, el cual fue presentado por la institución que dirigía ante el Parlamento Vasco en 2009.

[EU] Antonio Beristain Irakaslearen omenez egindako IV. Topaketan izandako parte-hartzean – zeina artikulu honetan jasotzen den–, Arartekok terrorismoaren biktimen memoria-eskubidea aztertu zuen. Horretarako, Euskadin terrorismoaren biktimei erakundeek emandako arretari buruzko txostenean oinarritu zen, berak zuzentzen zuen erakundeak Euskal Parlamentuari 2009an aurkeztutakoa.

[FR] Dans sa communication – qui correspond au présent article – au IVème Congrès en hommage au professeur Antonio Beristain, Ombudsman du Pays Basque a examiné le droit à la mémoire des victimes du terrorisme. Il part du rapport sur l’attention institutionnelle aux victimes du terrorisme au Pays Basque, lequel a été présenté par l’institution qu’il dirigeait au Parlement Basque en 2009.

[EN] In his presentation –reflected in the present article– at the IV Conference in honour of Professor Antonio Beristain, the Ombudsman of the Basque Country analysed the right of victims of terrorism to memory. He based his analysis on the report which the institution he led presented to the Basque Parliament in 2009 concerning the institutional aid to victims of terrorism in the Basque Country.
