This article presents a new methodology (Visual Mapping Method of Transport: VMMT) in order to produce practical maps easy to understand for transport users. These maps would be really useful to identify what the most convenient combination of mode of transport to get from one point to another the fastest, cheapest or/and the most sustainable way. VMMT methodology applied in Barcelona region. By analysing the resulting maps and detecting the presence of non-uniformity in them, it will also be possible to identify the areas with the worst transport services or infrastructure. However, it should also be noted that by applying the VMMT, accessibility indexes are obtained; these are valid for comparing different areas with each other.es_ES
