Abstract

Los colegios religiosos en España durante la época contemporánea no han sido objeto privilegiado de la historiografía educativa, si bien su estudio ha ido cobrando mayor interés en los últimos tiempos. El objetivo de este trabajo es destacar el valor de las memorias escolares como fuente inédita para el estudio de este tipo de colegios. Para ello, cartografiaremos las memorias escolares destacando los rasgos que justifican su uso. Concluimos que el hecho de que esta fuente documental nos permita realizar la historia de la representación escolar que este tipo de colegios ha intentado difundir es razón suficiente para incorporar estos documentos al campo de la Historia de la Educación.; Religious schools in Spain during the contemporary period have not been a privileged object of educational historiography, although their study has been gaining more interest in recent times. The aim of this paper is to highlight the value of yearbooks as a new source for the study of this type of school. To this end, we will map the yearbooks, highlighting the features that justify their use. We conclude that the fact that this documentary source allows us to carry out the history of the school representation that this type of school has tried to disseminate is reason enough to incorporate these documents into the field of the History of Education
