In this doctoral thesis, I utilized FAERS data analysis methods to complete a neurotoxicity study on taxane drugs, a safety study on platinum drugs, and a cardiotoxicity study on ALK inhibitors. Additionally, I conducted a cost-effectiveness analysis to evaluate the economic value of gefitinib in Chinese patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Furthermore, I applied the IFPTML method to analyze safety and efficacy of the ovarian cancer treatments data in the hospital. This analysis led to the development of a prediction model, demonstrating the potential application of IFPTML in evaluating the safety and efficacy of a wider range of anti-tumor therapeutic drugs
