dc.description.abstract[EN] Arthur Miller's plays have been introduced in Spain at regular intervals of time since the 1950s by various theatre professionals, immersed in the Spanish theatrical system (translators, stage directors, actors). From 1950 until 1970, Miller's plays appeared in Spanish shortly after the corresponding English performances and editions. In the 1950s “Death af a Salesman”, “The Crucible” and “A View from the Bridge” were staged for the first time shortly after the corresponding premieres in English.es_ES
